In-Game Availability:
- Text your location and message to 385-412-8636.
- In person at the Guest Services Office.
- The Guest Services office is the stadium management headquarters of LaVell Edwards Stadium. It is located just inside Gate 3 on the western lower concourse (next to the Cougar Den). It opens as soon as guests are permitted into the stadium and closes approximately sixty minutes after the event ends. Please visit this location with any questions, concerns, or comments you may have during an event. Prior to or after the event, you can do the same by calling the Special Events office at 801-422-6022.
- If you must contact a guest during an event due to an emergency, please call the Special Events office at 801-422-6022. Ushers and University Police officers will do their best to locate them quickly inside the venue.
- Lost and found articles should be reported or turned into the Guest Services office or to an usher. Any articles not claimed after the event will be sent from the Guest Services office to University Central Lost and Found in Room 118 WSC. This office can be reached at 801-422-3024.

Interactive Cougar Club Parking MapState-issued ADA Parking:
The ADA parking lot is the IT Building lot (lot 16).
The ADA lot is accessible only to those with a state-issued disability pass or license plate on a first come, first served basis. The lot can be accessed from Canyon Road or University Avenue.
There is also very limited space for ADA parking in Lot 2A that is open for anyone with a state-issued disability permit or license plate on a first come, first served basis. ADA parking in Cougar Club lots are open only to those who qualify for that lot.
Shuttle Service:
A complimentary shuttle will pick up and drop off at the southwest corner of the ADA lot (lot 16). It will drop off at the southwest corner of the stadium (near Gate 1). The shuttle will run continuously from 3 hours before kickoff until 1 hour after. The shuttles are wheelchair accessible.
