Contemporary Dance Theatre, under the artistic direction of Kate Monson and Adam Dyer, is a repertory-based company focused on giving technically advanced students an opportunity to work closely with faculty and guest choreographers in developing work that espouses current aesthetics in the discipline. While performing the work is a wonderful outgrowth of the company's efforts, equal focus is given to daily rigorous studio practice that requires collaborative communication and a high degree of physical, spiritual, and mental resilience.
