BYU Tickets is proud to partner with Sharetix, a local non-profit organization dedicated to donating free tickets to underserved individuals and families in our community.
What is Sharetix?
Through this partnership, season ticket holders can easily donate unused event tickets to ensure no seat goes to waste while creating meaningful opportunities for local community members. Sharetix partners with over 70 local charities serving underserved youth, seniors, kinship guardians and foster families, immigrants and refugees, survivors and many other groups right here in Utah. Donating your tickets creates opportunities for local underserved individuals and families delivering a night of relief from daily stress, a sense of normalcy and community belonging. How Can I Donate?
Donating to tickets to Sharetix is a FREE electronic service. To donate your BYU event tickets to Sharetix, follow the instructions below:
- Donate your tickets no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
- Sign in to your BYU Tickets account and navigate to the ticket transfer feature.
- Select the event from which you would like to donate tickets.
- Using the transfer by email method, enter first name SHARETIX and last name FOUNDATION with email address tickets@sharetix.org.
Complete the free ticket transfer.

Additional Information
- All ticket donations are tax deductible. For a receipt of your donation, visit (sharetix.org/charitable-donation-receipt).
- Once you complete the steps of donating tickets to Sharetix, Sharetix places your tickets with an eligible ticket recipient in our community. All tickets are distributed to participating agencies serving underserved populations who adhere to strict partner guidelines.
- Every effort will be made to distribute tickets to eligible recipients; however tickets donated over the weekend or during holidays may be difficult to place due to agency partners who are not available outside of business hours.
